Mr. Stacey’s education is in Physics and Computer Sciences and he is a Certified Engineer and Certified Stationary Engineer. Mr. Stacey is educated in Securities Brokering, has a Class B Refrigeration License and has received the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. Stan Belport Chief Technology Officer Mr. Belport is a contracted developer who will act as the CTO of Secdat during Phase One & Two. From 1980 to the present, Mr. Belport has been involved in the implementation of large systems for the commercial and governmental sectors. Mr. Belport’s skillsets span all phases of the project life cycle, from the gathering of user requirements and the development of functional specifications, to final implementation and maintenance. Experience has included project management, project advising, business area analysis, data modeling, database design, database administration, client/server design, and actual client/server application development. Mr. Belport designed and built object frameworks, which was used on numerous client/server projects. The frameworks include a fully integrated security component that allowed a flexible definition of, and an end-to-end administration of, the client/server application. Mr. Belport was instrumental in the overall design, including the database schema, and project management of Secdat. Mr. Belport has earned his BS and done graduate work in Systems Engineering. Mr. Belport has also for the past several years taught college level commercial courses, internationally, on client/server analysis and design, client/server hands on development, Powerbuilder development, Microsoft SQL Server database administration, and Oracle web application development. David Duke Chief Information Officer Mr. Duke is the CIO of Secdat Mr. Duke has been involved in software development since 1980. Mr. Duke has been involved in numerous projects as a developer and as a supervisor. Mr. Duke’s earliest work involved designing and coding software for torpedoes. After several years, Mr. Duke became a supervisor of a group of software engineers. Mr. Duke’s group worked on development, enhancement and maintenance of code for large real-time computer systems. Later, Mr. Duke worked using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to analyze software on existing systems. Mr. Duke provided systems analysis of a computerized electronic darkroom for Eastman Kodak. Mr. Duke defined the interface to incorporate a real-time embedded computer system into an existing mainframe and made technical recommendations to upgrade the corresponding operating systems. Mr. Duke then took on the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor for a 50-person software development project and later did some coding in ADA. Mr. Duke is currently working as a database programmer in a networked PC environment. Mr. Duke’s has a Bachelors in Mathematical Economics, and graduate studies in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Brian Jones Senior Software Engineer Mr. Jones is the Senior Software Engineer of Secdat Mr. Jones’ primary responsibilities are design and implementation of reusable frameworks, and application of those frameworks to highly interactive systems. The frameworks, whose primary components include the ComGate and the AppServer, contain a "virtual machine" for scripting. This virtual machine allows control code to be stored in the database, retrieved and executed in real-time without the need for precompiling. This capability provides the underpinnings for the replicable website. Mr. Jones was instrumental in the development of the vertical market application for marketing MAS contract sales to the federal government using a multithreaded application server and MS window clients. Mr. Jones was involved in C++ before its standardization, and was one of the founders of the San Diego C++ User's Group in 1991. He now teaches internationally in addition to development. Mr. Jones teaches beginning and advanced C++, Object Oriented Analysis and Design with UML, and is the author for the course on multithreaded TCP/IP Network Programming for Learning Tree International. Mr. Jones designed the communications protocol that allows the use of TCP/IP and local named and unnamed pipe-networking protocols to transparently facilitate distributed object communication for client/server systems. Mr. Jones is also the original founder of two popular Internet virtual world sites, and is Chief of Nameless MUCK, and the architect for the Nameless MUCK Code, a system for enabling new MUCKs to be rapidly constructed (released under the GNU Copyleft). The application of the frameworks combined with online virtual world experience and teaching experience, as resulted in the development of Virtual Islands, which provides a foundation for interactive communications. Randy Eash Senior Database Administrator Mr. Eash is planned to be the Database Administrator of Secdat Mr. Eash’s responsibilities will include the daily management of all databases of Secdat. Mr. Eash is unique in that his skill sets span both administration and the development of database applications. Mr. Eash has more than 15 years of experience with relational database projects across all platforms and database tools. Mr. Eash led our database development team in building an application linking the American Airlines Sabre Reservation System to the Internet. Mr. Eash was the architect and headed the development of the ASK Open Ingres Replicator and the CA-Ingres Replicator 1.0/02. Mr. Eash was the architect and team leader on the Praxis Omni-Replicator, which has become the Designated Oracle Replication System in a heterogeneous database environment, for Oracle Corporation. It has also become the designated replication system for Informix Corporation. Mr. Eash designed and implemented an international distributed, replicated database for Conocao Oil. Mr. Eash has received the consultant of the year award for our development of the Bank of America Replication System for international currency swaps. Secdat is using Mr. Eash’s expertise in database replication extensively in the creation of its Virtual Islands product. Mr. Eash's education is in Computer Sciences and Mathematics. Mr. Eash has also taught computer courses for The University of Nevada. Jason Schwartz Senior Systems & Network Administrator Mr. Schwartz is completing work on his BS in Systems Administration. Secdat as part of his Undergraduate Internship will employ Mr. Schwartz. Mr. Schwartz well qualified for his responsibilities, having served a prior Internship in NT Operating Systems Administration. Mr. Schwartz has been responsible for the physical construction and configuration of the servers at the Secdat Operations Center in Las Vegas, and of all of the subnets and firewall tunnels.
